Privacy Policy

• Account details: email, optional display name, authentication identifiers and linked provider information; password authentication uses a password hash, not a readable password.
• League information: Sleeper and Yahoo connections, league IDs, rosters, standings, matchups and related league activity. Provider authorization tokens may be stored to maintain an authorized connection.
• Your content: assistant prompts and history, notes, saved preferences and content you submit or share. Administrative publishing tools also process social content and connected publishing accounts.
• Billing metadata: plan, payment/subscription identifiers, purchase status and transaction records. Stripe and Apple handle payment credentials; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical information: request and error logs, timestamps, session information and device/browser or network information used for security and troubleshooting.

We use information to authenticate you, connect leagues you choose, deliver analytics and AI responses, save your work, administer purchases, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Provide only what a feature needs. Display names are optional; do not put sensitive information or someone else's confidential data in prompts or notes.

Information you publish or share may be visible to other users or external services. Disconnecting a provider does not necessarily delete previously imported information or content already published elsewhere.

Hosting: Replit. Payments: Stripe and Apple. Authentication/authorization: Google, Apple and Yahoo, where you choose them. Sports and league data: ESPN, Tank01/RapidAPI, Sleeper and Yahoo.

AI features may send prompts and relevant sports/league context to OpenAI, Anthropic or Perplexity to generate responses. Avoid submitting sensitive personal data. These services process requests under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Admin-only social publishing uses Buffer and direct social providers for authorized publishing. Ordinary account creation does not require a social publishing connection.

We may disclose information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect users and the service, or work with service providers. Providers may process data in other countries under their applicable safeguards and policies.

We use essential session cookies and local storage for authentication, security, preferences and cached app data. Optional analytics and advertising tracking are not enabled. Read our Cookie Policy and reopen cookie preferences from the policy links.

Retention depends on the information's purpose, account activity, operational needs and legal obligations. Account deletion is available in Settings. It is not a promise to erase every record instantly: billing or legally required records, security logs, backups and content held by external providers may remain. Shared or published copies may also persist.

See deletion instructions. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available under your local law. We may need to verify your identity. Do not send passwords or full payment details.

Account, security and billing messages relate to the service. Marketing is not a condition of account creation. If marketing email is sent, use its unsubscribe link or contact us; opting out does not stop necessary service messages.

Accounts are restricted to adults 18 and older. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
